A London Conservative MEP today launched a withering attack on an EU committee’s attempts to portray climate change as a feminist issue.

Conservative MEPs today helped block EU proposals which would have seen fuel duty sky-rocket, especially for diesel.
Conservatives supported an amendment to exempt motor fuels from proposals aimed to restructure the way energy products are taxed taking into account CO2 emissions.
